How to (Lose 10 kg weight in 10 days) FAST at home, without exercise

We will share you a full day meal plan that will help you to lose 10 kilos in 10 days. This meal plan is unique as its oil and sugar free. We have customized the diet plan with a slight Indian touch and will be giving to breakfast and dinner option this meal plan is easy to follow and made with easily available and inexpensive ingredients it will give you good results provided you don't cheat for 10 days. We also recommend you light exercise like walking so let's start our day.



Start your day with (Turmeric tea or Lemon & chia seed drink)

After 40 minutes have your breakfast for breakfast we are sharing 2 smoothies
1. apple banana smoothie 
2. apple carrot smoothie


let's moving on lunch
Toast one brown bread and top it with sliced boiled egg sprinkle with salt pepper along with it have one sliced apple sprinkled with freshly ground cinnamon.

In the evening have a cup of green tea or matcha tea in between if you fell hungry you can snack on carrots, cucumber, beetroot slices 


Dinner
in dinner have a bowl of masala oats this lightly oats will make you feel fuller along with the vegetables.

if you not like masala oats so this simple oats with jeera and other ingredients 
make sure you take your dinner in 7:30 
at last before you go to sleep take warm lemon water.
